1) Add state and zip code field to invoices and proposals
We have enhanced our invoicing and proposal system by adding dedicated fields for state and zip code. This improvement allows for more accurate address information.
2) Setup surveys automations and link to project
We’ve added a new surveys configuration menu in the Projects module, enabling you to link and manage surveys directly from your projects. This feature allows you to send tailored surveys—such as crew surveys (for crew member), customer surveys (for customer), and salesperson surveys (for sales representatives from the Sales module).This enhancement simplifies feedback collection, improving collaboration and decision-making .
Step 1: Start by setting up your desired survey in the Survey module.
Step 2: Head over to the Project module, navigate to Configuration
Step 3: setup the survey to trigger upon the Completed Project status
Once configured ,the survey will be automatically sent via email
3) Add an additional menu step when selecting fence in drawing tool (note its available on request)
This feature enhances the drawing tool by introducing an additional menu step that organizes fence types into categories such as wood, vinyl, chain link, and aluminum. When selecting a fence, users first choose a category, making it easier to navigate and find the desired fence type. This streamlined approach improves usability, ensures a more organized interface, and simplifies the selection process, especially for users managing a wide range of fence options.

4) Add option to shift between day ,month , week and year view in projects calendar
We've upgraded the project calendar with a new feature that allows you to effortlessly switch between Day, Week, Month, and Year views. This added flexibility makes it easier to plan and monitor project timelines, providing you with the level of detail you need.
