Elite Technique App — Privacy Policy

Effective October 16, 2026

This policy covers the Elite Technique mobile app for iPhone, iPad and Android ("the app"), published by Elite Technique LLC, 8 Kinneret Drive, Kingston, NH 03848, United States ("Elite Technique", "we").

Who the app is for

The app is for the staff of fence companies that use the Elite Technique system: estimators who quote fences and installers who build them. You sign in with an account your company gives you. The app does not create accounts and cannot be used without one.

How the app works

The app opens your company's own Elite Technique system (an address ending in .elitetechnique.com) inside the app. The leads, proposals, jobs, calendars, photos and notes you see and enter are stored in your company's system, not in the app. Your company decides what is kept there and for how long; Elite Technique hosts that system for your company as its service provider.

What the app stores on your phone

  • Your company's address and your username, so you do not have to type them each time.
  • A sign-in cookie from your company's system, so you stay signed in. Signing out, or your company changing your password or deactivating your account, ends it.
  • Your password is never stored by the app. It is passed to your company's system when you sign in and then discarded.

Nothing the app stores on your phone is included in device backups or transferred to a new phone.

Camera, photos and files

The app uses the camera and your photo library only when you choose to add a photo or file to a job, lead or proposal. The photo or file you pick is uploaded to your company's system. The app does not read your photo library or use the camera at any other time.

Face ID, Touch ID and your device passcode

When you return to the app, it may ask for Face ID, Touch ID, your fingerprint or your device passcode, so that nobody else can open it on your phone. This check is done entirely by your phone; the app never sees or receives your biometric data.

Location

The app does not access your device's location. Addresses shown on maps are the addresses entered on the lead or job.

Maps

The drawing tool shows satellite and street maps of the job site. Map images are loaded from Mapbox, Inc., which receives the map area being viewed and standard technical information (such as your IP address) under its own privacy policy. Tapping Open in Maps or Call hands the address or phone number to your phone's own maps or phone app.

What we do not do

  • No advertising and no ad tracking.
  • No analytics or tracking SDKs, and no selling or sharing of personal information.
  • No collection of data from other apps on your phone.

If you have turned on crash and diagnostic sharing in your phone's settings, Apple or Google may share anonymous crash reports with us. We use them only to fix problems in the app.

Where data is held

Your company's Elite Technique system is hosted in the United States.

Your choices and requests

  • To change or delete information about you or your company's customers, contact **your company's administrator** — they control the data in your company's system.
  • To stop using the app, sign out and delete it; this removes everything it stored on your phone.
  • For any other privacy question, contact Elite Technique at elitetechnique@outlook.com.

Children

The app is a work tool for company staff and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
